TeamViewer is a well known software to use as a desktop sharing but now they intends their non-commercial users to purchase the license as they are using their software as a commercial need. Now they terminate the session after every 5min and client will again connect after 2min. This will create a frustration when we are working on priority task.

Solutions for 5min limit for TeamViewer

There are many solution to overcome this problem but all are temporary and not hassle free.
Solution1

The first simple solution is to change the MAC address of your network adapter. Each time the new MAC address will initiate that this is new PC or run the TeamViewer on the VM as you can easily change the MAC address. Below is the link of MAC changer software

Solution2

This solution require complete deletion of the TeamViewer Software from the registry as well.

• Close Teamviewer, if it is running and uninstall it
• WinKey + R –> Run –> type %appdata% –> delete TeamViewer folder
• WinKey + R –> Run –> type regedit –> Hkey Local Machine –> Software –>  Teamviewer 
• WinKey + R –> Run –> type regedit –> Hkey Current User –> Software –>   Teamviewer
